I am very ashamed that I have not written to you for so long. I hope, meanwhile, that you blame my lack of time and I do of course know that Mof covers for two of us. Today, as I send off my thesis, I must at least say that I would not have had time to thank you for all your great help and kindness towards me during my work on it. Regarding my exam assignment, it is going fine, but I must say that I must keep plodding in order not to rush at the end; when I’m finished, I look forward to telling you about it.
